This is only for trying to get information. They worst AI I have ever experienced. All I wanted was the address. I tried 4x and the AI kicked me out after it asked if I wanted a text on the information. I replied to yes send a text. It is impossible to get a human to speak to. I am human why do I have to keep talming to a defective robot. Hopefully the address I got on Goggle is correct and the treatment is bettter than the AI.
All of my office visits have been great. The longest wait time has been 5 minutes. They have a great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Love Dr. Herman and the staff.It's a pleasure visiting the Fleming Island office.
I always have a good experience in this office. Wait times are short, staff is friendly & helpful and Dr. Patel is great!
