I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with one of the doctors at the Whins Medical Practice Alloa, Dr Graham Riddle. I have end stage renal failure and I have lost eight members of my immediate family in recent years. I called the practice today and received a call back from Dr Riddle, who was very rude and dismissive of my concerns. He made me feel like my reason to call was not worth his time.
