My wife and I just walked out of this office and I recommend you not come here. The week before our appointment my wife was bombarded with texts, calls and emails every single day prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment even though she confirmed every single time she was asked about the appointment. This service sucks. It is always crowd and the women working don’t do their job right. Someone called me to confirm the appointment and I clearly said I couldn’t make it at 10am so this person who I talked to “re schedule” my appointment for 1pm but I kept receiving texts about 10am appointment instead of 1pm which it was weird. Finally I went to the place to find out I was not going to be cared of because I miss my appointment that was at 10m and not 1pm. They made me come all this way from Manhattan FOR NOTHING. NUTS!
