I call BS on the patient saying the clinic only screens to treat the Lupus autoimmune disease. I have NMOS (another autoimmune disease, very similar to MS) and get two different infusion drugs for this. This is an infusion clinic, not a clinic where you are seen by doctors. I find the front desk staff are great, but I do always confirm my future appointments. The nurses are also wonderful and I now know them on a first name basis. useless, my gyno recommended my family doctor refer me due to a horrible reaction i had to birth control that he didn't think was a gyno issue and didn't know what to do about, they said 'yeah that's a gyno issue and we aren't gyno experts' and honestly i'm fine with that but then started questioning my other notes and disagreeing with suspicion of endometriosis even though they just said they aren't gyno experts? I can say nothing but great things about this clinic. I have been a patient for almost ten years and have only received phenomenally kind and flexible/patient interaction with admin assistants. The specialists in this clinic are top notch. They are incredibly considerate of time and I personally have never waited more than 15 minutes from my appointment time.
