He always listens and devotes the necessary time to his patients. The only problem is getting an appointment with him as he has become quite popular. Dr. Ivkov is truly the best doctor in town. He is always on time, takes the time to follow up on my condition, and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens patiently to all of my concerns and carefully goes over test results in a way that is easy to understand. I always feel respected, heard, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The level of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness is exceptional. The office staff is also friendly and efficient, and appointments are well organized. Based of these bad reviews, why did I not check before booking with him. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. My appointment was at 12:30 PM, and I waited over an hour to be seen. The doctor came in around 1:25 PM, and by 1:30 PM, he had already left the room. Despite having serious ongoing symptoms and prior test results from specialists, he barely addressed my concerns, ordered only two tests, and left the room abruptly without giving me a chance to finish explaining why I came.
