They have even increased prices for Non-Profits that are eleigible for special contract pricing and charged the thousands and tens of thousands more. A Sales Manager was doing this and their COO, Peter Jones and President Par Sahota had knowledge of it and never changed it back. I pre-ordered what I needed, which was easy. I opted to pick up the item. It was ready when I arrived, so it was simple. I walked in. Identified myself and they handed me the item. Very good customer service, not only because of the people, but especially because the part was readily available, so my machine was not out of service when I needed it.
