I pre-ordered what I needed, which was easy. I opted to pick up the item. It was ready when I arrived, so it was simple. I walked in. Identified myself and they handed me the item. Very good customer service, not only because of the people, but especially because the part was readily available, so my machine was not out of service when I needed it.
