I highly recommend Enlightened Fitness to anyone who needs more focus in their lives, more relaxation, better nutrition, or improved physical fitness. My experience was with Stacy, who was clearly highly trained, very knowledgeable, and had much experience as an instructor. She made me feel immediately at ease. My experience with Enlightened Fitness is two fold. I am type 2 Diabetic. I approched Enlightened Fitness to see how I could increase circulation to my feet and the yoga techniques that i was taught have definitely helped. Also I approached them to help me with my diet and nutritional needs. I have been pleased to be opened up to a whole new world of eating that has helped me manage my sugar levels better than ever. I would suggest Enlightened Fitness because they have a passion for helping people.
