I was upset when I inspected rugs that were cleaned and were returned to me with gross damage. The colors have run and there is some discolorations the light beige is now cloudy colored. The obvious tears, holes, fraying and damage should have been acknowledged and repaired by them but they just rolled up the small rug and didn't say a word.
