I have had many different agents over the years. From my experiences I found most, if not all, only concerned themselves with making a sale. No one would point out any flaws during a house viewing and would provide little or no input if i saw any flaws. Scott was very easy to work with. He made great suggestions on what I should do when staging the house for showings. He knew where I wanted to be with the price and worked with me to make sure it was priced correctly. He was a lifesaver with his trailer allowing me to use it to store some of my belongings during the closing process. Scott is great to work with on selling your home.
