RecommendedI have had very food experiences over the years with the staff. You will wait longer in the waiting room if you drive to the immediate care center without an appointment. if I call for an appointment, I typically can get an appointment the same or next day. I feel they have treated me with respect.
Specifically speaking about the Immediate Care side.. the providers here are good, I've never had an issue with them but the nurses are a different story! they are so rude! I brought my step daughter in for ear pain. Nurse was asking questions, I answered all questions no problems. nurse asked how long she's been sick. I said she's been congested since she came home from her mom's. nurse cut me off, said "wait you're not her mom?" and when I responded "I'm her step mom" she immediately rolled her eyes! absolutely no reason a... read more
Every time I come to the immediate medical care center the nurses are rude and nasty to their patients. They act stuck up and like they are too "good" to interact with people. Pathetic!!!
Never had a bad experience there! Doctors were great! The only thing that took forever was to get trays done. But that's most places.
