My Doctor gave me a referral for a sleep study in September. I have been calling weekly for an update, and keep being told the Doctor has not reviewed my referral. At this point I will not be able to get in before the end of the year. That means my deductible will start over for my Insurance and I will not be able to afford the care at this time. I have been calling them for a month and leaving messages. My regular doctor sent my referral and this place wont answer their phone or return a call. This place is a joke.
I wouldn't give it any stars if I could! This place is an absolute joke and only out for money. I have been working with them and Dr. DOE for at least 6 fricking months just for the end result being what they told me on day 1 "you're going to need a cpap machine"! Wonder why insurance is damn expensive....dr.'s and centers like this! If this wasn't a requirement for another surgery you better believe I would have walked away from it a long time ago. Multiple test, lies and all around terrible for working with each other!
