I love Borgess at Mattawan. My Doctor that I had for about 15yrs or longer retired. After that amount of time with a doctor you think to yourself this is going to be fun finding a new one that has that comment to want to help you with all your medical needs. But come to find out it was not that bad at all. I'm very happy with whom has taken over medical needs. I love the ladies at the front of the office. Great Job Borgess @ Mattawan.

They misdiagnosed me multiple times and gave me medicine that never worked even when I asked about the specific medicine I knew would work. This has happened so many time that I’m committed to never coming back.
Unprofessional staff. No sense of propriety. You will wait forever in the waiting room, then again in the exam room. Don't expect apologies. Reception staff gossips and discusses not only their own personal business, but also details pertaining to patients' records (including full names) on phone calls, and with each other in front of entire waiting room.
