My experience was decent. Very friendly staff
My appointment was timely, very professional and absolutely put me at ease. Every step from the moment I entered the office until I left was explained. The only negative, the pre-registration conducted by phone two days before the appointment. That person could not answer a single question and insisted I pay a $400. deductible before he could register me. When I refused he hung up.
