Lab tech was nice the receptionist were you report to first was nice , but the older lady who hands you the circular divice that vibrites to alert you when your Lab tech is ready to take you back. Needs to retire, she said when it vibrates again it's your turn , then she said the same thing again in a snotty tone, like she was inconvenienced before I could even say ok thank you in response to when shesaid it the first time. Nice people - but they do not complete the work prescribed. I have had to go back on 2 and 3 times to get all the test completed. They try but, They will not get it right the first time. Switching labs.
The lab technician was wonderful. The only negative is that you have to go through all the steps of going to a large hospital. Park in the parking structure, check in at two stations before actually getting to the lab desk.
They do not handle billing right at all! They try to extort elderly and out of pocket payers. Every time I have been They are trying to get extra payments from an elderly patient! Luckily the last 3 times the ladies knew and told the clerks they wouldn't be paying as their systems are messed up and insurance has paid ( a few times the office still tried to harass them). They also tell out of pockets one amount and tell them they paid in full just to send them a bill over $550 for other charges! Be careful of your loved ones ... read more
