Been going here for years and never had an issue until my doctor retired. I had a follow up from an ER visit and they stuck me with Dr. Verma, who was very rude!! He was suppose to refer me to a specialist but instead of referring me to a specialist he took it upon himself to call my pharmacy and cancel prescriptions that my original doctor had me on for years and now I can not get my medications until I see another doctor. Never a great time if you have to go to ED. I went with my daughter who was transported there via EMS. The first Doc was ok, a bit dismissive. Both Nurses on staff were supportive and helpful. (Female then male). The night Dr I believe was Dr.Brenner was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and showed caring and empathy. That was refreshing. Was happy with his Care plan and follow up. Discharging Nurse was disturbing as he rips the tape and IV out of my daughter’s hand. The whole “rip it off quick, it hurts less” is FALSE. That ... read more
Very rude staff. Does not follow through with services.
The care I receive here is phenomenal my P.A. Susan Smith will be retiring next year and I will be sad to see her go she has taken excellent care of me and as far as Ascension goes they also have been great to me I hope I get to pick out a doctor from there to finish out my care
