I am disappointed in the Heart Center for Excellence because I have called them twice and messaged them through the portal twice to find out if my father is still on a certain medication, it has been over a week and their message says they will respond in 24-48 hours. Not having the ability to help make sure my father is on the medication he should be on makes me feel like this organization does not care about its patients. I have never been treated so poorly by the staff at the heart center by v Pavano kotaru staff. They treated me disrespect never would answer the phone calls return your phone calls and complained when they disrespect you. They were rude and the doctor didn't listen to his patients. I wouldn't recommend Borges heart center to anyone!
