I have been going to the Heart Center for excellence for 22 years my first two stents were put in 23 years ago. Dr Liu put a watchman in in April of 2024 what a great doctor always has time to talk to you was not disappointed in any way. I have seen Dr lapenna for the 23 years Robert lapenna. Poor care and charting practices. I would advise my friends and family to go to Corewell. I made a complaint that my physician Dr. Koshy never charted on two of my appointments. The head of the practice stated she would mail me the notes (that likely don’t exist) and never did. Dr. Koshy is no longer with the practice thankfully but is still at WMed so be careful out there.
This office is exceedingly slow to follow up on patient messages and requests, regardless if sent via voicemail or ehr. Would love to hear from office manager, probably won't!
