Poor care and charting practices. I would advise my friends and family to go to Corewell. I made a complaint that my physician Dr. Koshy never charted on two of my appointments. The head of the practice stated she would mail me the notes (that likely don’t exist) and never did. Dr. Koshy is no longer with the practice thankfully but is still at WMed so be careful out there.
This office is exceedingly slow to follow up on patient messages and requests, regardless if sent via voicemail or ehr. Would love to hear from office manager, probably won't!
Doctor Tan has to be taught not to waste people's time. He talks way too much. And the staff that allows that is just as bad. Not telling him to speed it up people are waiting for their appointment. And to make matters worse the appointment could have been done virtually. Sad day if me are my wife ever come back again. They should be ashamed to charge Medicare for this visit. DO BETTER!
