Always very kind and professional.
Denied care due to their inadequate staffing. Arranged and paid for childcare, fasted for 14 hours, drove to site, waited in line for over 30 minutes, all to be told they cannot do my test because it wouldn't be able to be completed by the time they close. They would have had to potentially stay a whole 10 extra minutes, if that. I understand that staffing can be difficult, but to deny healthcare to people who arrive in what should be plenty of time is cruel.
