I asked Dr. Borges for help. He arranged immediate attention from a local specialist who recognized that I had a life threatening condition. I had dialysis and ICU stay. I owe my life to Dr. Borges.
He is hands down one of the worst neurologist I have ever seen. He lacks basic knowledge and competence. In my life I would not recommend this quack to my worse enemy. The medical board should remove his license
