I had a great experience with Borges Collision from start to finish. After my ridgeline was damaged, I called Borges and they coordinated an appointment with the insurance adjuster right at their shop. I dropped the truck off, they had a rental ready for me, I signed a few documents, and they took care of everything from there. If I could give Borges Collision *****10 stars, I would! ***** I cannot say enough good things about Borges Collision and the way they handled the repair of my ML 400 after someone backed into it. This was an insurance claim—and a difficult one at that. Dealing with the insurance company was incredibly frustrating. Fantastic service from showing up with a crashed vehicle to picking it up like it never happened. Very welcoming crew, took care of all the insurance stuff, I didn't need to make a phone call to anybody, these guys took care of everything. Will 100% come back and would highly recommend. Picked my car up and it was super clean, the paint job on the new bumper perfectly matches the rest of the car. It was like the car just came out of the lot. Very happy customer.
5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ Borges collision has out done themselves again. We’ve used them several time since they first opened back 2005. They were awesome and handled everything from the loaner to the insurance agent. They are honest and kind and they don’t take any short cuts.
