Horrible bedside manner. I am terrified of dental work, always have been. I saw him 5 years ago for implants. I recently found out that one of the implants needs to be cleaned and evaluated. When I entered the office I was in tears terrified of being in the chair again. His assistant was super sweet and kind. He on the other hand not so much. Absolute excellent care. The office staff and Dr. Johanson are well trained, compassionate providers. Procedures were explained and carried out professionally with great followup care.going to the dentist is never fun. Dr. J did great work in a relaxing atmosphere
I've been a patient of Dr. Wheeler's for the last 12.5 years. I have seen him every 6 months and I haven't seen him have a bad day yet!
Whomever wrote the above review must be the hardest person to please on the planet. Dr. Wheeler was amazing and the pricing for implants is extremely fair ( given the industry standard) I recently went to see Dr. Wheeler and was so pleased with the work I will be a life long patient
Not happy with the level of service from Dr. Wheeler. Perhaps he was having a bad day on the day I was scheduled to visit. Perhaps not. He had, on this particular day, the worst chair-side manner, was rude, arrogant and seemed generally ticked off when I attempted to question my treatment plan. So glad I found a different doctor who actually treats me as a person rather than just another "claim".
