Awesome staff here! I was so nervous even with the open type MRI. David and Michelle got me through it! Desk and phone staff were great, scheduling was great. I would not have made it through without the awesome staff! Patient, humorous at just the right times, professional. Best of all I think was their ability to try different things to get me through. Allowing me to roll back to test it out and staying right next to me was really helpful! Thank you!!
I had an excellent experience today. From the moment I arrived, everything was very organized and the wait time was great. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and attentive at all times. They explained every part of the procedure clearly, which made me feel much more comfortable and at ease. I also really appreciated the preparation before the appointment and the instructions provided beforehand, which were very helpful and easy to follow.
