I had an excellent experience today. I called with a plumbing issue (fresh off a holiday weekend) and they had a tech out within 2 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a few minutes. He recommended next steps and gave me all the pricing up front. He even told me how to set up a real estate account for my rental property for streamlined service going forward. Super happy I called them!
Parked my dumptruck 1 hour early to meet him here...cost me $125...was here at 2:49 for a between 3 and 4 appointment. Got a call at 2:51 saying he won't be here. I just paid $125 for him to not show
I’ve used Boers 3 times now. Their prices are competitive & fair. Their plumbers are competent & professional and I have always been pleased with their work. Highly recommend.
Called them to repair a leak in my shower faucet. We knew we didn't use proper connections because we didn't know how to sweat them. Guy came and said it had to be removed and put back. He put the faucet back where we had it and soldered w copper connectons. Our bill was $695 for that! I agreed because we shut our water off and we needed to shower. Bores was recommended to me. Didn’t even make it to scheduling. When I called and was explaining the problem to the secretary.. she was very unprofessional and rude!! She literally said “ get to the point” then said I had clog.. no if u would let me talk it’s not a clog.. it’s more than that! She also kept calling me mam.. clearly im a sir. U should never gender assume till u 100 certain.. her rudeness cost bores plumbing a 11,500 plumbing repair.. hope her boss sees this!!
