We worked with Leroy, Amy, and Travis (project lead) on a set of remodel projects that I would say fall under the "smaller" category, and had a great experience. There were some structural aspects that came up and Leroy made sure an engineer came out to take a look and we felt like this was a great example of ensuring that the project was done correctly without cutting corners.
We used Boren construction to build a new house on Whidbey Island on a 5-acre piece of undeveloped land. Everything had to be done as there were no services on the property. Boren handled all the construction, construction management, placing the house for optimal water & mountain view, and helping with finish selections. Boren was very transparent on the costs.
