Scott Runyon and rest of the staff were very professional, very comprehensive, and very caring. They made an extremely difficult situation much easier to negotiate. We were very pleased and grateful for their help.

Although this is difficult too write, I had to share our experience. We recently lost our son very suddenly and unexpectedly. We went with Borek Jennings because they were local. Michelle was amazing and took us through the process which we knew nothing about. There was no "Up-Selling" , just sympathy and compassion during the whole process. She recommended we do a viewing so his friends could say good-bye, something we were not going to do until she took the time to explain why.
