After calling the clinic and explaining our bird’s condition in detail, we were told they would be able to help. However, once we arrived, we were informed that they could not provide treatment due to a lack of proper equipment and we were sent home. This resulted in a loss of both time and money for us. That said, we would still like to thank the doctors for their polite and kind approach. We hope these limitations will be addressed in the future and that better service can be provided.
These people are worse than ambulance chasers. They prey on people's emotions, and their attachments to their pets. Very few people carry health insurance for their pets, and these people are well aware of that, and have no problem grossly overcharging for their services. After paying over $6000 for my cat to be treated for diabetic keto-acidosis, I was given a vial of insulin, which I am required to give him twice a day. I wish I had nice things to say i wish u could have had my pregnant dog on a iv or calcium for 5-6 hrs and see if she got better but u were so quick to terminate her. You talk about cruelty to animals and so on but if u don't have the coin time to die but anyways thanks for taking 1100 for doing absolutly fak all
Dr. Ken Cockwill and his team are incredible! He diagnosed and successfully treated our standard poodle who has IBD over the last 7.5 months. 🐾
We have been to 5+ vets over the past few years and have never had the care and customer service that is Boreal. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and even though Boreal is over a 45 minute drive for us, this is the only vet hospital we will take our sweet four legged baby to. The prices at Boreal are very reasonable for the level of care you receive. We have never been at a vet where they didn’t try to upsell you, and at Boreal, they actually tried to down-sell us.
