With all the complaints about wait times, and the social management responding saying thing like " we take this very seriously". We're 4 hours in with a red tagged dog and still have not seen a tech...
Last Friday around 1230 I called as my cat has been acting weird and I was a frantic cat mama and Brit answered the call and was so empathetic and understanding and told me to bring him in. When we got there we were welcomed so gracefully and everyone was just so amazing even at 1am. Dr. Lindsey Kurach saved my puppy's life. 🩷 My vey small 8 week old puppy had a medical emergency and we rushed her to Boreal Vet. I was a mess! Everyone was so amazing from the second we walked in. I had to leave having no idea if id see her again. Dr. Kurach called me before surgery and helped me understand everything and feel more hopeful. We have a very sick dog, Mickey, who has both Cushing's disease and diabetes.
