After multiple emails and phone calls about an order that was taking a long time to ship, I finally got a reply only after I left a 1 star review. A few others have said the same thing in their reviews. I'm raising my review to two stars for now, and we shall see how I feel if I ever get my order. I still don't think I would recommend this company.
