Called for an estimate. Their rate was reasonable. Told the person who answered the phone I would call them back after I talked to my husband. They were rude. Replied no you won’t and hung up on me. I will never do business with a person with such poor customer service
Very good service. Price was reasonable. Job was well done and technician was very professional and honest. I highly recommend to others.
Called them two times and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. He called me back later in the day and was upset that I had called. He told me not to call him anymore and then hung up.
Professional and solid work for a fair price. Had to postpone the appointment a day or else 5 stars.
Called him and he said "I dont want to do business with a company because I don't know if you are going to pay me". I am with a real estate investment company, just calling around to get a leak fixed. He treated me like I was insulting him with the inquiry!
