Thank you to the Borderview staff for always putting my dog’s needs first. My dog is very nervous and it’s a struggle getting him to relax. The staff are patient with me while I ask questions, convey my concerns and are empathetic towards me as an owner. I leave the vet feeling relieved every time. Recently they have aided with learning all about a basket mussel and how to use it safely and productively. I can't stress enough the quality of care my pets have received from BVH. Outstanding. They took care of my childhood pets, mended illnesses, and went above and beyond with their compassion when we had to say goodbye. Now, my two cats go to BVH and I am consistently happy with their work and kindness. Will always recommend them.
Very pleasant staff and very knowledgeable. Very fast and efficient. Were able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend it.
