I was very impressed, as a new patient, with the friendly and efficient staff. The consult was very informative so that I could make a plan regarding any work I need to have done.
Today was my first time at Borderview Dental. I had a really great experience! I first noticed how clean and well-maintained everything was from the entrance to the back patient area. The staff and dentist did an incredibly wonderful job at explaining all my options. I did not feel rushed once and what stood out the most was that Dr. Sandhu did not upsell me or suggest unnecessary treatments. First time ever going to border view, and I had an amazing experience. From the people at the front desk to the dentist, even the lady who did my exam and the other lady who did my cleaning. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I am so excited to be a regular customer here
Love this dental office! They are so pleasant from the moment you walk in the door and take time to ensure you understand the procedure fully, right down to pricing and payment plans if required. The best part is they are very experienced and know how to give the freezing without any discomfort.
