Tried to get extra time for wash just took money. No flea rinse. Hardly any soap no nice clean dog smell. Disappointed
It ate my $20, still needed a wash so paid by card. Never got my $20 back. Should never have come here, cost $24 ($44 including the cash I lost), $24 ultimate car wash and it doesn't even blow dry it!! Went to the Foodland around the corner in a dripping wet car and noticed my bonnet is still covered in dirt underneath the water droplets. It wasn't even that dirty, it had ceramic coat applied two weeks ago and this carwash couldn't even get the dust off. Review for hand carwash Good pressure, large bays for vehicle with trailers, soap good. Hose in second bay cracked. Clean car and person ;)
If I could give this car wash and business a zero review, I would. This has to be the absolute worst customer service ever experienced. Pulled up the car wash - the machine said 'wait for car wash to clear' - given there was no car in the wash, and I was next in line, I paid the $24 to wash our car, and the machine didn't work.
