My daughter had her braces fitted today, I have to say the whole team were absolutely fantastic. Ahmed our orthodontist, was just another level of amazing. He explained everything very well and was communicating with my daughter through the process. Such a gentle voice which helped relax my daughter, who of course was quite nervous. Exceptional service from all of the staff at Borders Orthodontics the last 3 years. After not taking childhood orthodontic treatment I returned as an adult as I was unhappy with my smile and Dr Irvine and his team have been nothing but helpful in helping me gain my dream smile. It was a long and frustrating process due to numerous set backs however nothing was ever too much to do or ask. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is thinking of having orthodontic treatment done.
Extremely positive experience. Both my children had their braces through Borders Orthodontics and seeing the treatment and how well they were looked after gave me the confidence to undertake my own treatment to correct my smile. Wonderful and supportive staff, professional and knowledgeable … would highly recommend!
