Very positive experience with all of the team at Border Orthodontics. Knowledgable and friendly, from the moment you walk in with the girls at reception to Jilly, to the dental assistants and then to Dr Irvine. Couldn’t have wished for any better treatment. Highly recommended.
I had a very positive experience with Borders Orthodontics. The whole team are friendly, caring and personable. I felt in safe hands with Dr Irvine and I’m really pleased with the results of my treatment. Jillie was also always available when needed and has a sound knowledge of orthodontics. The practice is modern, clean and uses excellent technology. Would highly recommend.
Very clean and doesn’t have that “dentist” smell. Staff welcoming, helpful and polite. Orthodontists are very knowledgable and explain treatment well to help keep you relaxed. Good electronic appointment system but you can also make appointments at the counter or over the telephone. Nice treatment rooms with air purifiers.
Border Orthodontics have been great. Dr Robert Irvine is such a professional at what he does and his Team are all so pleasant and nice. I’ve been coming and going for a wee while now and couldn't fault the service I have ever received. If anyone is thinking of any orthodontic treatment, i would highly recommend Borders Orthodontics. 10/10 from me!
I had my first appointment with Jillie today. She is so nice and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She gave me lots of information and was very friendly. Deborah on the front desk is also lovely. All staff smiled or spoke to me as I waiting for my appointment. I cannot wait to start my new teeth journey with this team :) thank you!
