Not responsive to sellers. We requested to have a POA cover our part of the closing as we would be moved out of state by the closing and thought it would be simpler to have the closing office prepare the form. All information needed was provided weeks in advance as well as an inquiry with their own portal system specifically for this closing as to how the POA was to be handled.
