BorderLinks is demanding that the Home of Hope and Peace (HEPAC) community center leave the property in Nogales, Mexico where it has been operating for the past five years. This would mean that HEPAC could no longer provide its programs of lunch for schoolchildren, adult education, Culture of Peace workshops for healing from trauma and violence, Kids Camps focused on the Culture of Peace, and the women’s artisan cooperative.
