They have had my vehicle for over 4.5 weeks. Ive heard every excuse possible as to whybtyey havnnt looked at it. Dont have the correct hoist available. Booked my vehicle in for a transmission service months in advance, was told only an hour or two so I didn't bother organizing a ride. Showed up and they didn't have the oil or filter available, causing them to take all day as they had to get it from another city. The tech didn't bother to look up the proper procedure for my vehicle and left the transmission almost a liter short of ATF causing major slippage, inevitably putting it into limp mode leaving me stuck on the highway. Had torque converter go on my rv,Ed noticed transmission was worn out( he showed me the transmission in his shop) he rebuilt it in record time and had me headed back to manitoba. Great friendly staff to deal with.
Now before you go to either Borderline Transmission or AAA Brake and Muffler... I went to Borderline first for I thought my issue was my transmission... I was told no it was something else but I should do a transmission flush... I said OK and they sent my van across the way to AAA Brake and Muffler... They supposedly did the transmission flush and all I can do is take what becomes their untrustworthy words... Well my van was at AAA the did a diagnostic on it...
