Now before you go to either Borderline Transmission or AAA Brake and Muffler... I went to Borderline first for I thought my issue was my transmission... I was told no it was something else but I should do a transmission flush... I said OK and they sent my van across the way to AAA Brake and Muffler... They supposedly did the transmission flush and all I can do is take what becomes their untrustworthy words... Well my van was at AAA the did a diagnostic on it... Terrible experience. Twice I had the misfortune of dealing with them. Twice they told me it would take three days to repair my vehicle and twice it was over two weeks (second time was warranty work). There is no follow up or updates unless you ask. They are always ridiculously busy and that is their excuse for why it takes so long, yet still tell you "three days." Feel let down by these mechanics. Spent money on engine even though with proper inspection it was clear there was bottom end problems. 2 hours at another mechanic told me this.

We were out of the country and had an unexpected issue with the transmission Borderline had rebuilt. They were very eager to help us.
