I called and spoke to someone about installing some performance parts on my vehicle. Never heard back. Showed up in person to the shop, told the guy in the office exactly what I'd like to have done. Even emailed them a list of the parts I had. They said give them a day or two and they'd get back to me with a quote. Couple days later I called back, they said they'd get me a quote.
