Top notch customer service!! Installing a mini split heat pump on my house DIY style and had a few questions, got straight forward answers. Got all the right materials needed for the job and was treated like a friend even though I was a newbie at electrical! Will return anytime I need electrical help.
I had a short circuit on a breaker and I called up another company (won’t name it) who registered a work order but did not give a date for fixing it. After waiting a few days, called up borderview electric and they were prompt in sending in their technician within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend, especially for emergency assistance.
Great customer service. Perfect place for the do it yourself project.
