Border Town Pizza serves excellent pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp with just the right amount of char, the tomato sauce tasted fresh, and the toppings were well balanced without being overloaded. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to go just a touch lighter on the cheese. We also ordered the house salad, and the lettuce was exceptionally fresh and crisp. really good pizza. I wish it was open later, but Blaine is mostly empty after 8PM, so yeah.
We've tried a lot of pizza over the years, and Bordertown Pizza easily holds its own. The quality is consistently excellent, the ingredients taste fresh, and every pizza we've ordered has been cooked just right. It's one of those places where you can tell they care about getting the details right. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the toppings are generous without being overdone, and everything tastes fresh.
