The physical therapy on my arthritic hands at Border Therapy on Rinconada has been very successful! I didn't expect to get so much strength and flexibility back so soon. The physical therapists demonstrated the at home exercises and watched to make sure I was doing them correctly. Using just my hands, I can open a pickle jar for the first time in years!
I have the best team with Stephanie and Reina! I would highly recommend Border Therapy on Rinconada!!
