My experience was very disappointing. I was referred with shoulder pain and although my orthopedic provider misdiagnosed me, the PT who evaluated me, Ryan, did the same thing. Rather than conduct an accurate evaluation to determine where my pain was, and what could truly help me, he created a treatment plan for the wrong diagnosis. I want to thank each and everyone at Border Therapy. Each one of you have been amazing in providing the excercises needed to be able to get around better. Everyone is professional and listen very well to concerns I may have had. They ajusted Therapy as needed. They answered any questions I had. Thank You to all of you for everything.
I would definitely recommend Border Therapy Services. The front office staff and therapists are incredibly helpful, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the amount of one-on-one time during each treatment session—it makes a big difference. The exercise program designed to rehabilitate and strengthen my shoulder has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing.
