My time at Border Therapy was amazing. As much as the injury hurt, getting treatment was best part of my day. George was very welcoming and involved in my injury and personal life. The techs were so funny and caring for me every session especially those sports talks. Xochitl was very caring and funny and helped me so much. I improved in movement with her exercises and very thankful. This is the best clinic I been too highly recommend.
I have been attending Border Therapy Services for my physical therapy, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during my most recent visit. My PTA Xóchitl Molina was not willing to listen when I repeatedly expressed that the pain I was experiencing was extremely intense. Despite clearly telling her that the movement was causing severe pain, she continued to forcefully pull on my arm without adjusting the treatment or acknowledging my concerns.
