Both of my parents go there and every single time my mother has to repeat her medical history. They never know her diagnosis. It’s either she has an illness or she doesn’t. They ask her for her diagnosis like if she is the doctor. And they never help the patients with their referrals. Not all elderly patients can call on their own. It is the medical assistants job to do so.
Dr. Was good. The service time was great. Appointment time was respected. Billing department needs improvement. I was billed for a phone call and was never advised I would be billed. When I called to clarify the lady in billing was very rude and unprofessional.
