No buena nunca te atiende el mismo doctor o asistente ya no se que es hablas para explicarles que el medicamento no te estás sintiendo bien te dicen el que la atendió sólo vino a cubrir. Y te dicen ahorita se comunican con usted y nada que se comunican.

Called to ask a question about services, receptionist told me they can't offer and hanged up when I wasn't done getting more information. Called back and stated I still had other questions and she said that she wasn't the one who hanged up when it clearly was. I asked about co-pay amount and she kept denying to answer my question. Horrible service especially when trying to find a trustworthy clinic.

I've always liked the people wrking there. But my last couple visits were very disappointing. I felt like I wasn't important. It seems like when they hired new staff members everything went to pot. They said they never received results when they had. I was very disappointed this time around. Took several calls before I could get an answer from the doctor.

Been going there for 4 1/2 years. Call center is in Juarez. No English. Then you get transferred. That’s where most reviewers say they get disconnected or put on hold forever. I have seen Dr Reyna once. You have to ask for him, and then the wait for a appt will take weeks/months. Stopped virtual visits. You will see many different FNP’s. That’s ok , because they are all great. Never any issues. Getting you meds can be an issue , because they wait until the end of the day to approve meds and send to your pharmacy.
