I agree with the comments that it's a huge challenge to get anyone to answer the phone I don't recall it ever being like that when I first went there last maybe December however be that as it may once I do answer the phone when you ask someone a question they don't know the answer and they won't transfer you to a department also, they have a new website. The Hilo app for the doctors and whatever, but no one ever looks at it. No one ever answers you. So it's totally useless, just like this department. I'm so glad I'm leaving ... read more

Dr Sanchez has helped me tremendously. She takes the time to listen and very knowledgeable. This office takes less time in and out within an hour

Been seeing Denise Sanchez NP, and she’s great, but the constant errors on MAs has really made me want to look into going somewhere else. Every time we go medication is sent to wrong pharmacy or is not the correct medication. This issue has been on going. When we call they seem to take forever to resolve the issue. I understand we are not the only patients and they probably have tons on patient cases but a simple pharmacy change can’t take a week to be resolved.

I agree with the other comments that having any contact via phone with them is a difficult task. I've been hung up on, left on hold for 30 minutes, and was told that I need to call back at 4 (it was 2:55 at the time) because their medical assistant was out and the person on the phone couldn't answer my questions. Wouldn't it be common courtesy to have them call me back? I have also had troubler with the office sending my medications to my pharmacy, and having them authorize referrals for me. Continue to have issues with this place, I left messages on the portal they supposedly use and I never get a response. I called to schedule an appointment, come appointment day apparently I never called and schedule an appointment even though I did. The receptionist tells me I never called them even though I have the call note on my phone. This place is horrible, unorganized and takes no responsibility unless you tell them something.
