I was quoted $735 for a kitchen faucet replacement at my rental property (cost of the faucet not included. $1266 if they provided the faucet). They called it “water delivery fixture renovation”. I guess by calling it a “renovation” they thought it justified the cost. This is how they operate. The senior technician, Jeff, was able to replace our humidifier with a modern one using much less water. It's hooked up to the Ecobee Thermostat now. His patience in explaining it all was appreciated.
Great service and knowledgeable staff! Came to do a furnace service but also did a full walkthrough of the house to check the overall operation and functioning of the system. Caught a few issues left from previous installers. Highly recommend!
