9 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. APARENTLY WHEN YOU WORK FOR BORDER PAVING YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DESTROY OTHER PERSONS PROPERTY AND NOT HAVE TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. Great company!
Border Paving handles some of the toughest infrastructure projects in Alberta. Their attention to detail on major highway and airport work is top-tier. Paving isn't easy work in our climate, and these guys consistently deliver a quality product that stands up.
This isn’t a review of their work — since no one ever returned my calls. I had a job I wanted an estimate for and left a message with the receptionist at Border Paving but never heard back. I called again and was transferred to someone in sales, left a voicemail, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Like so many companies these days, customer service seems to be nonexistent.
One of their workers left a bag of urine on my friend's doorstep. Unreal. (All caught on camera)
