Had to have an emergency window repair on our van, Steve had it done the next day, sourced a new window refitted it and also did another repair as well the following week. Courteous helpful and called back when he said he would, couldn't ask for more, Thankyou Steve

Sick and twisted cruel people! Kicked our animal resulting in broken leg. And then poisoned it. Called them as I knew it was them and they said “she shouldn’t have been on our fence line! Absolutely disgusting and sick. Should be so ashamed!!! Will be proceeding legally, and have contacted rspca.

⭐ 1 Star Terrible customer service. I’ve called Border Marine Centre three separate times trying to order parts and every time I’m told “I’ll chase it up and call you back.” The call back never happens. I end up having to ring again and get told the exact same thing. After three attempts it’s pretty clear customer follow-up isn’t a priority here. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. If you say you’re going to call a customer back, at least have the decency to actually do it.

dealt with steve late last year he really helped me out getting me in before chrissy and had the boat running beautifully for a heap of skiing and water sports over chrissy holidays
