I would like to thank the team at Border Heating & Cooling for their great service. They have all been very respectful and professional in attending to my problem. Today Jordan completed the task and I would like to congratulate him on his work ethic.
Worst experience I have had for any repair. After being charged close to $1000 for a simple repair, the problem was not fixed. It appears that the person who they sent has had a guess as to what the problem was which did not work, then another unsuccessful guess. Both times Border Heating & Cooling charged me in advance, this is after being a repeat customer. Their employee did not have tools needed to do the repair and what tools he had were inadequate for the job, not what I would expect from a tradesperson today. An earth... read more
