Worst experience I have had for any repair. After being charged close to $1000 for a simple repair, the problem was not fixed. It appears that the person who they sent has had a guess as to what the problem was which did not work, then another unsuccessful guess. Both times Border Heating & Cooling charged me in advance, this is after being a repeat customer. Their employee did not have tools needed to do the repair and what tools he had were inadequate for the job, not what I would expect from a tradesperson today. An earth... read more

Amazing service by the team at border heating & cooling. They organised everything for my rental property. Quote, installation and recovered the NSW rebate. Unbelievably seamless and professional. I highly recommend this business, you won’t be disappointed.
They installed our evaporative coolers to our new built in 2023. Workers didn't glue water pipe on to one of our coolers it come off leaked water into our roof which leaked through our ceiling on to our bedroom carport water damage to bed frame side lamp etc. After JGKing found the problem they contacted Border heating cooling in Wodonga to fix , workers came fix the problem and realized that our ceiling bats were black with mould.
