I had an experience at one of their locations. The Lincoln Way Taco Bell in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The manager on duty at 12:30 PM by the name of Anthony: "Maybe you would have heard us call the name if it was less inappropriate." The name we used was McDaddy.com as a funny joke. We did not hear our name after listening intently for 30 minutes. Walked up, the food was cold, we were like, fine, we'll leave. In the car, we realized that they forgot the drink. We had a horrible experience at one of their restaurants. The corporate HQ is impossible to contact when you have a problem at their restaurants. Dead end phone numbers, full mail boxes, etc.
The ionia location is a joke. The gm kc, managers aleiah and Monica had the police called after refusing to give me a refund for a order they not only made wrong but took from me and when the cops got there they forced them to give me a refund. When the cops have to tell a business how to act clearly there's issues. Police report has been made and I plan on confronting your corporate office on the issue. Sad that taco bell has stooped so low as to take on these kind of rude individuals.
