I have been a member of BFCU for over 20 years. Never have I experienced anything less than professional and friendly service. Anytime I need a loan, BFCU is who I turn to. The staff is always ready to help when you need it and go above and beyond when you need it most. I've had problems with unauthorized purchases and even accidental overpayment on loans, BFCU has always stepped in to help. After being with this bank for almost 10 years and never being negative in my account or ever over drawing money .... I had my debit card stolen out of my car and because I had my PIN number with it they refuse to help return over $200 dollars that was withdrawn from my account from an atm . People make mistakes and border federal is not willing to help u out. I'm thinking about seriously closing that account I don't even live there anymore ... they don't help me with loans or anything as well and I don't have bed credit. Pl... read more
