Absolutely no communication from the receptionist to the lady doing the echo scan (Hida). Was told to sit in the wrong waiting area despite me asking twice. Then asked to rebook after waiting 30 minute . If you’re going to cancel my appointment, just let me know so I can leave!

Now stopped all treatment for me and stopped my all my medication 111 warned them of the serious health conditions worsening and what happens next if there actions make people I'll I will be seeking legal advice against them id advice anyone who reiceveving bad treatment from them to contact the cqc this is not a good doctor put people life in danger Given one star would give none if I could it's getting worse some Dr there are completely incompetent they don't think having low blood pressure and being put on a drip to get y... read more
Receptionists here so helpful today and lots of other times I have called. Thankyou. Have had to go to Birstall surgery a few times if no apps at Border. That's fine am happy to get to see a gp. Most of the various doctors are kind and helpful. When you are unwell and treated kindly it's really appreciated. The appointments do go very quickly. At times you can't get one but I think this is usual now for surgeries sadly. Overall happy with services here. Nurses great too.
Given one star would give none if I could it's getting worse some Dr there are completely incompetent they don't think having low blood pressure and being put on a drip to get your blood pressure right again isn't serious at the hospital obviously must have been trained by an idiot this Dr in question clearly doesn't know what he's doing I don't trust him anymore as his care for patients leaves alot to be desired ill be watching closely what happens with the treatment I keep recieving it's not good NHS rubbish if you complai... read more
