I really like the doctor and the flexibile walk in hours. I have a problem with a younger woman that works at the pharmacy inside the clinic. The doctor gave my son a certain amount of medication to get rid of an infection that was pretty severe. She decided to lower the dose even though I stated to her how severe it was and that the doctor said to put him on something stronger. She refused and gave him a smaller amount. Usually they are very good and see me fast when I book an appointment but I hate booked an appointment for today at 11:10 and showed up for it at 11, it is now 11:39 and I still haven't seen the doctor, walk in patients are being seen before me, we are being given the excuse that the doctor just came back from a 2 week vacation but that should not be an excuse, if he needs time to catch up he shouldn't be overlooking himself. I have mental health issues and do not fully understand English. I called to ask about the walk-in line, and when I asked a second time to confirm if I understood correctly, the response I received was condescending and with a raised tone. This happened on July 28 around 10 a.m., and I am referring specifically to the nurses at the reception. The behavior was very disrespectful. Even restaurant servers have treated me with more courtesy than what I experienced when I called.
Very unprofessional and rude staff. Lack of knowledge and regard for patients. Dr.Zadegan made me wait 1 hr to sign a form just to tell me she was confused and didnt know if she should sign it, Even when i showed her in fine print that she needs to.
**WALK INS START AT 9AM AND 1PM, ONLY TAKING A CERTAIN AMOUNT EACH TIME** Above is information that I was informed of after walking into the clinic after scouring the website for their hours. I am really not trying to bash this clinic and I am very grateful to even live in a place where a clinic is available, but it is quite inaccessible despite being a walk-in clinic open so late.
