Dr. Abbasi pretty much refused my treatment and ignored everything I had to say and just wanted to get out of there, so I asked for a new doctor and the manager told me that they cannot let patients see a doctor more than once in a day! I find that absolutely unprofessional
2026 Update: Our doctor left but thankfully we were able to get Dr Nika Niknejad - she is amazing. So greatful for her kindess and care. The frontline staff are all great despite running a busy office. The in-clinic pharmacy also makes getting prescriptions so easy. Highly recommend Border City Medical Clinic, even though it is on the Sask side Alberta residents can go here.
